"Call Manager Refresher" and "Ask the Experts" sessions are now being held monthly. The 3rd Friday of each month at 2 pm end users or newly hired employees can join us for a 1-hour refresher on call manager software and phone optimization. Just following the refresher course is a 1-hour Ask-the-Experts session geared towards system administrators to get access to our engineers for any questions about managing, upgrading, or optimizing your ShoreTel system!
