With NetState Managed Services, Xtelesis tends to your network so you can focus on your business. Our network monitoring and management programs provide a cost-effective and flexible way to ensure that your network stays healthy. When you sign up for NetState Managed Services, Xtelesis will:

• Provide a continuous assessment of your network status
   
• Verify that you're getting the bandwidth guaranteed by your service provider
   
• Ensure that your network will be up and accessible at all times — and that if a network outage does occur, it will be handled quickly and professionally.

As a NetState customer, you'll have an individually customized portal page providing the most current information on the state of your network — including inventory status and utilization graphs that show network usage by the hour, day, month, or year — as well as contact information for members of the Xtelesis engineering team.

Xtelesis offers two levels of NetState Managed Services:

With NetState Basic, Xtelesis will monitor your network using our customized network management system, pinging your network devices at five-minute intervals using industry-standard SNMP monitoring tools. Should an outage occur, you will be notified immediately via pager or email. Online network utilization graphs enable you to track and evaluate your bandwidth requirements.

With NetState Plus, Xtelesis engineers will also troubleshoot and repair problems with your network as they occur. Troubleshooting begins within 15 minutes of a detected outage or other problem. Xtelesis will take whatever steps are needed to bring your network back to normal. That includes filing trouble tickets with your carrier or vendor where appropriate.
