CONFERENCING PROBLEM ZIPDX SOLUTION
We have “host codes” and “participant codes.” It’s confusing and a hassle. ZipDX has a patented “NO CODES conferencing” system which recognizes each participant and  takes the guesswork out of connecting to the proper call.
Somebody always fails to dial in, so we have to track them down and remind them about the call. It wastes everybody’s time. Call participants won’t be late with ZipDX, because the system has a CALL-ME feature that can call you in advance of a scheduled conference. Plus, the conference host can dial out to anyone from within ZipDX and add them to the call in progress.
It’s embarrassing when somebody joins the wrong conference. For example, people start calling in for the 10 AM call, but the 9 AM call isn’t over yet. Only INVITED participants can join a ZipDX call and each conference takes place in its own “virtual room.”
If the host drops out of the call, all the  participants are disconnected, and it takes forever to reestablish the conference. With ZipDX, your conference won’t end until you want it to. If the host drops, the CALL CONTINUES for a pre-set length of time.
When people join the call in progess, the chime is disruptive. Then, someone stops to ask, “who just joined?”  “Who just joined?” becomes a thing of the past. The ZipDX ONLINE DASHBOARD shows who is joining and leaving; it even shows who’s speaking.
Meetings come to a screeching halt when one of the participants answers another call, sending music on hold into our conference. A simple MUTE BUTTON on the ZipDX online dashboard, eliminates this frustration. Muting not enough? Disconnect the offender.
We often hear a “buzzing” noise that dis­rupts the entire conference. ZipDX’s special BUZZ OFF feature automatically and instantly mutes the line transmitting the annoying buzz caused by many mobile devices.
