Garter Research analyzes ShoreTel and other UC providers in 2010 marketscope

In May, Gartner Research released a marketscope for Unified Communications in the SMB market in North America. The research analyzes top Unified Communications providers serving small-to-midsized businesses in North America and looks at: voice and telephony, conferencing, messaging and presence and IM offerings of these UC providers. For the study, SMB was defined as a company with between 20 and 499 employees.
